MEET THE TEAM
Fabien joined the Tudor Group in July 2019, following a 20-year career with some of the largest corporate organisations in the cleaning and facilities management industry. Over the years, Fabien has demonstrated strong commercial leadership acumen through the development and management of successful teams in sales, business improvement and operational environments.
Ian joined the Tudor Group in August 2020, following a career spanning over 20 years in senior and executive roles across both the public and private sectors, including NHS, telecoms, facilities management, niche maritime services and a variety of SME businesses. A true business partner, combining a commercial focus and pragmatic attitude to ensure financial governance and business planning are designed to deliver business efficiency and enable sustainable growth.
UK Operations Manager
Having started his professional life as a window cleaner, Richard went on to become a highly qualified operational manager of window and specialist cleaning services. Following a career that led him to head up the specialist cleaning arm of a large corporate FM company, he joined the Tudor Group in 2018, bringing with him unrivalled technical expertise and a commitment to developing people through innovative and safe solutions.
