Global real estate management company Savills appointed Solutions-FM (part of the Tudor Group) as a Tier 1 approved service partner for cleaning and support services in 2010.
During that time, we have developed partnerships with customer teams across 30+ buildings within six UK cities, including Bristol, Cardiff and Bath.
In order to become one of Savills’ service partner, we have had to demonstrate a total commitment to health and safety, customer service and service excellence. Stringent KPIs are analysed and presented on a monthly basis, to ensure that we continue to meet our customers and their customers’ expectations at all locations.
At Tudor we fully understand that whilst we may have developed a model that fits the Savills’ values and principles, each building presents different and unique challenges which are all captured and addressed within our solutions.
