The Tudor Group has been working with leading student accommodation provider iQ Student Accommodation since the beginning of 2020.
Our partnership started with the student accommodation turnaround cleaning programme at a number of locations across the North West, Yorkshire and the South West. It has further evolved as our teams responded to emergency requirements at a number of sites in various locations.
In 2021, our teams were responsible for cleaning over 3,000 rooms and 800 kitchens over an 8-week period (Wave #1), followed by 1,400 rooms and 400 kitchens over a two-week period (Wave #2).
Finally, Tudor has also been appointed to deliver daily office cleaning services and on-going sanitisation of iQ’s Manchester offices.
