Solutions FM, which became part of the Tudor Group family back in 2022, is renowned for its FM services within the property management sector.
Now operating under the Tudor Group (which also became part of the Atlas Group family of companies earlier in 2024) Solutions FM has been a trusted partner of property management company MAPP for some time, delivering daily cleaning and specialist FM services across multiple sites.
Following a competitive tender, we were delighted to win a new contract cleaning programme for six additional properties, in addition to the nine properties already managed across the southwest of England and South Wales.
MAPP required a dependable cleaning team with experience in the property management sector that aligned with their values.
A dependable service
With a positive track record of delivering contract cleans across many existing sites over many years, our team has built a depth of experience in the property management sector.
Delivering daily contract cleans isn’t the only area where we’ve excelled; we’ve supported MAPP across many one-off projects across various sites, including graffiti removal and flooding at their sites, to name a few. Fabien Caqueret, Managing Director at Tudor Group, explains that the Tudor Group has continued to build trust with MAPP:

Following our excellent existing partnership, we have been entrusted to carry cleans at six more sites throughout the southwest of England and South Wales.
Aligned values and a commitment to excellence
MAPP was particularly impressed with our aligned values. We’re committed to delivering our five core values: quality, passion, accountability, fairness, and safety for each of our clients. However, MAPP highlighted that our sustainability credentials were also essential to why they chose to work with us.
Sustainability is something we take very seriously at the Tudor Group. Supporting our broader goals through our ESG strategy, we’re committed to minimising the impact of our operations on the environment.
As a part of this commitment, chemical-free cleaning solutions are being used across all our sites. For example, we use the Tersano SAO cleaning solution at the larger sites, which turns tap water into a safe and effective cleaning sanitiser. This solution is even more powerful than bleach and hydrogen peroxide and is less harmful to the environment when compared to other solutions. We use the Vireo3 Synbiotics, an environmentally friendly cleaning solution made from 100% recycled, reusable spray bottles, reducing single-use plastics for our smaller sites.
Alongside our cleaning solutions, we work with MAPP to deliver a successful strategy for recycling, minimising wastage, and reducing energy consumption.
Our staff are the beating heart of everything we do at the Tudor Group. As part of our commitment to equal and fair pay, we’re a Recognised Service Provider proudly working with the Living Wage Foundation to promote the real Living Wage. We’re currently on the journey towards all staff being paid the real Living Wage across all contracts with MAPP.
Mobilisation across multiple sites
A dedicated, robust team is essential to the success of any cleaning contract. Understanding the unique needs of the client and any cleaning environment is something we strive to deliver.
Anna Kraj, Contracts Manager at Solutions FM, has played a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day cleaning is delivered to an excellent standard, continuing her role of supporting the existing nine contracts in the six new locations. To continue maintaining a strong relationship, Paul Laughlin, our Client Relationship Director, will continue to work with MAPP and our team to ensure the cleaning service continues to meet the high standards we set.
Through our extensive network of cleaning professionals, mobilisation across all sites is underway, and we have now begun daily cleaning across all six new sites. The client has only positive feedback on our current delivery, which speaks volumes about our ability to adapt to a cleaning schedule that suits the client.

We will continue to work with MAPP in the coming months to ensure we deliver the same quality service and build on our strong working relationship.
